1 Cup Milk (I use almond milk. I bet Coconut milk would be good too or maybe Cashew milk)
1/2 Cup of Frozen Fruit (We usually have mango, strawberry, banana, blueberries, peaches)
1/2 Cup of Spinach or Kale (Don't worry, you can't really taste it!)
1 tsp of Vanilla
A pinch of Chia Seeds or Flax or Both ;)
My daughter loves all of these plain which makes it fun to throw it all in a smoothie. After I measure the ingredients out, I allow for her to throw it all in the blender.
We count to 10 while it blends and she runs around "like crazy" in the kitchen. In circles being silly. This is something she just does when we make our smoothies. Silly girl!
Then after blending it to the consistency you want, just pour into your favorite glass, reusable pouch, or into popsicle molds to turn them into popsicles and enjoy!!
